If you asked aircraft maintenance engineers who were in the industry years prior to the global health crisis that began late in the year 2019, you would hear great tales of rising wages, high demand for skilled workers and improving working conditions across the board.
Without a doubt “it was the best of times and the worst of times” were lurching with no one the wiser. This article is coming to the public in the middle of the crisis, when uncertainty and despair are not scarce commodity.
